Mahindra XUV 7XO: Design

The Mahindra XUV 7XO gets new dual-barrel-style LED projector headlights, an inverted 7-shaped DRL with integrated turn signals placed below the headlights. The front fascia of the XUV 7XO also features a new grille with slightly tilted vertical slats, incorporating piano black elements, and smaller air intakes. The fenders include a carved-out element on the front. The redesigned bumper integrates larger air intakes on the lower lip, and it also features fog lamps on the sides. On the sides, the SUV features a new set of alloy wheels and a thin black body cladding. The rear section of the SUV looks very similar to its electric sibling, the XEV 9S.

Mahindra XUV 7XO: Features

The recent images and a recently released teaser confirm that the upcoming Mahindra XUV 7XO will feature a triple-screen setup inside the cabin. One of the recent teasers also confirms that the SUV will feature a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) mount on the rear side of the front seats’ backrest for rear-passenger entertainment. One of the teasers also shares glimpses of the two-spoke premium steering wheel, along with the dual-tone interior theme. The new teaser also shares a glimpse of the ‘Boss-Mode’ feature, which enhances the space for the rear passenger by pushing the co-passenger seat ahead. The Mahindra XUV 7XO is also anticipated to feature an auto-dimming IRVM, powered and ventilated seats, a Level 2 ADAS suite, and more.

Mahindra XUV 7XO: Engine

While the Mahindra XUV 7XO is expected to come equipped with several changes in terms of design and features, it will likely remain unchanged in terms of engine. The XUV 7XO is expected to get the same engine options of either a 2.0-litre turbo petrol or a 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine. Both of these engines can be paired with a choice of a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.
