BMW F 450 R: BMW Motorrad has unveiled the BMW F 450 R street naked motorcycle. The F 450 R is based on the same platform as the brand’s recently launched BMW F 450 GS. The BMW F 450 R will take the place of the discontinued G 310 R and act as an entry point for the brand’s roadster lineup. Hardware
As mentioned earlier, the BMW F 450 R is based on the same chassis as the BMW F 450 GS. The motorcycle features 43mm KYB USD at the front and a 43 mm KYB Monoshock suspension at the rear. At the front, the motorcycle uses 310mm disc brakes with Brembo four-piston calipers, and it uses 240mm disc brakes at the rear. The bike has a seat height of 790mm, but customers can opt for a lower or higher seat height.

BMW F 450 R: Engine & Specs
The BMW F 450 R shared its engine with the F 450 GS. The bike is powered by a 420cc parallel-twin engine that is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The engine can generate a peak power and torque output of 48 hp and 43 Nm, respectively. Just like the BMW F 450 GS, the F 450 R will also be offered in a total of 4 variants: Basic, Exclusive, Sport, and Trophy.
