Renault Duster Hybrid India: The new Renault Duster was launched in India in March 2026, and the brand has now confirmed that the Renault Duster Hybrid will be launched in the country on October 17, 2026. Notably, the Duster was launched with the option of petrol and turbo petrol engines in the Indian market in March this year. Renault Duster: Engine Specs
As mentioned earlier, the Renault Duster is already available in the Indian market with the options of either a 1-litre or a 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine. The Hybrid version of the SUV was anticipated to be launched in the country during the festive season.
The Hybrid Duster will likely feature a 1.8-litre 4-cylinder engine paired with an electric motor and a 1.4 kWh battery pack. The combined power and torque output will likely stand at 160 hp and 205 Nm, respectively. The engine will likely be paired with a multi-mode dog-clutch automatic transmission. Some reports suggest that the SUV will likely offer an electric-only mode, too.
