Renault Triber Turbo Petrol:  The Renault Triber Turbo petrol has been finally launched in India with prices starting from Rs 7.84 lakh, ex-showroom. The launch of the Triber Turbo petrol was much-awaited since 2019, and the brand has finally equipped its practical MPV with a more powerful engine. The Jagran Hitech team recently got a chance to spend some time with the newly launched Renault Triber Turbo petrol, and here’s our video review of the same. Let’s take a look.

Renault Triber Turbo Petrol: Design & Features

Design

In terms of exterior, the Renault Triber Turbo petrol is identical to the NA petrol version of the MPV. The silhouette, trims, and styling remain completely identical. A Turbo badge on the tailgate is the only element that sets the Turbo and NA petrol models apart.

Features

The Triber Turbo petrol remains identical to the standard NA petrol version in terms of features as well. The Triber comes packed with steering-mounted controls, day/night IRVMs, and a lamp at the rear. Additional features include a height-adjustable driver seat, armrest, electrically folding ORVMs, a 12V socket for the third row, front tweeters, rear defogger, and an automatic climate control system.

Renault Triber Turbo: Engine & Specs

The Renault Triber Turbo petrol draws power from the same HR10 engine as the Nissan Magnite or Renault Kiger. For now, the engine is available exclusively with a 5-speed manual transmission. A CVT transmission is anticipated to launch soon. The engine can churn out a peak power and torque output of 100 hp and 180 Nm, respectively. Notably, the same engine generates 160 Nm of torque with the Magnite, Kiger, and Duster, but it generates 20 Nm of additional torque when paired with the Triber Turbo.
