With the addition of the CNG automatic powertrain, the Altroz has now become the only premium hatchback in the country to come equipped with an AMT transmission with a CNG fuel type. Tata Altroz CNG AMT: Engine Specs

The Tata Altroz CNG AMT is powered by a 1.2-litre 3-cylinder engine. The Altroz CNG AMT gets the brand’s iCNG technology, which uses twin underbody CNG tanks without compromising on the boot space. The engine is paired with a 5-speed AMT transmission, and it can generate a peak power and torque output of 73.5 hp and 103 Nm, respectively.

The brand is offering the Tata Altroz CNG AMT with the Accomplished S trim of the premium hatchback. The Accomplished S trim of the Altroz is the second top-spec variant in the premium hatchback lineup. The Altroz CNG AMT comes equipped with LED headlights and taillights, a sunroof, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, a 7-inch driver’s display, 16-inch alloy wheels, ambient lighting, a wireless charging pad, and more.
