Volkswagen Taigun Facelift: The prototypes of the Volkswagen Taigun facelift have been spied testing on the Indian roads for quite some time now. The brand is expected to launch the facelift model of its popular Taigun SUV in the country soon. Another prototype of the Volkswagen Taigun Facelift was recently spied again, and it is the first time that a test mule has been snapped without any camouflage. Volkswagen Taigun Facelift: Design
As informed earlier, the recently snapped test mule of the Volkswagen Taigun facelift was spied without camouflage for the first time. We expect the Taigun Facelift to feature a new grille along with a new bumper at the front. The SUV can also get an updated set of LED headlights. The rear end of the SUV is anticipated to feature a fresh set of taillights, along with the connected light. The rear end of the SUV also features a spoiler-mounted stop lamp.

Volkswagen Taigun Facelift: Features
The interior of the test mule was not spotted; however, the brand is expected to introduce minor changes to the cabin. The Tiguan facelift is expected to feature a fresh dashboard layout, new materials, and a new theme for the cabin. The brand is also anticipated to update the alloy wheel design on the facelift model of the Taigun.

Volkswagen Taigun Facelift: Engine
While the brand is expected to upgrade the Taigun in terms of design and interior, it is also expected to remain unchanged in terms of mechanics. The Taigun facelift will continue with two engines on offer: a 1.0-litre TSI and a 1.5-litre TSI engine. While the 1.0-litre TSI engine generates 113 hp and 178 Nm of torque, the 1.5-litre TSI engine churns out 148 hp and 250 Nm of torque.
