Volvo EX60 Breaks Cover: Gets 810 Km Range, Dolby Atmos, Gemini AI, And More

Volvo EX60 Range:  The much-anticipated Volvo EX60 has finally been unveiled by the brand, and it will eventually replace the XC60 crossover SUV. The Volvo EX60 is the brand’s next big step towards becoming a fully-electric car manufacturer. The Volvo EX60 will be offered in a total of three variants: P6, P10, and P12. Let’s take a look at the design, features, and range of the Volvo EX60 ev.

Volvo EX60 EV: Design

The Volvo EX60 EV features a modern design, and its styling matches the brand’s design philosophy. At the front, it gets a scooped-out bonnet, a closed grille, and T-shaped horizontally placed LED DRLs with vertically placed slat-like LED headlights. It also gets a front bumper with large air intakes placed below. On the sides, it gets alloy wheels with sizes ranging between 20 and 22 inches, and a sloping roofline. On the rear, it gets vertically placed sleek LED taillights with Volvo badging on the tailgate, a rear wiper, and a black strip on the tailgate of the electric SUV.

Volvo EX60 EV: Features

The Volvo EX60 features a dual-tone interior with a two-spoke steering wheel. It also gets an 11.4-inch fully digital driver’s display and a 15-inch touchscreen-based infotainment system that works on Android. It also features an electrochromic glass roof, heated and ventilated seats, a powered driver's seat with memory function, and a 21-speaker Bose audio system with Dolby Atmos.

Volvo EX60 EV: Range & Battery

The Volvo EX60 EV will be offered with a total of 3 powertrain options: an 83 kWh battery pack, a 95 kWh battery pack, and a 117 kWh battery pack. The P6 variant with an 83 kWh battery pack features a rear-mounted motor, and it can produce a peak power and torque output of 374 hp and 480 Nm, respectively. The P10 with the 95 kWh battery pack is an All-Wheel-Drive variant, and it can generate a peak power and torque output of 510 hp and 710 Nm, respectively. The P12 with the 117 kWh battery pack is also an all-wheel drive variant, and it can generate 680 hp and 790 Nm, respectively. The P6, P10, and P12 have a WLTP claimed range of 620, 660, and 810 Km, respectively.
