Clean Max Enviro IPO GMP is almost flat as the energy solution firm's initial share sale opened for subscription on Monday, i.e. February 23. According to grey market tracking platforms, the company's shares were trading at Rs 1,055 per share in the unofficial market, up Rs 2 against Rs 1,053-- the upper limit of ipo's price band.

The IPO has not attracted decent bids on day 1 of opening, receiving 0.10 times pr 10 per cent subscription till 12:24 PM, according to data available on NSE.

- The shares reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers(QIBs) attracted 0.32 times subscription.

- The Non-Institutional Investors quota has not received any bid till the above mentioned time.

Clean Max Enviro Solutions IPO Details

Issue Size - The company aims to raise Rs 3,100 crore. The share sale combines fresh shares worth Rs 1,200 crore and an offer for sale worth Rs 1,900 crores.

IPO Allotment Date: Share allotment is expected on February 26.

Clean Max Enviro Price Band: The company has fixed price band at Rs 1,000 To Rs 1,053 per share. The lot size is 14 shares, meaning a minimum amount of Rs 14,742 is needed to place a bid.

IPO Listing Date: The shares are expected to list on NSE and BSE on March 2, 2026.
