Dividend Stock: Shares of technology-driven financial company "Share India Securities' rose over 4 per cent in intraday trade on Wednesday after the company announced a third interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26.

The stock of the company provides algo trading solutions, opened with a gap at Rs 147.75 on the BSE against the last session's closing of Rs 140.90.

The stock extended the gaining momentum further amid a surge in volume to hit an intraday high of Rs 153.85, up 9.19 per cent.

At around 1:36 PM, the shares were trading at Rs 144.49, up Rs 3.23 or 2.29 per cent, erasing most of the early gains.

Meanwhile, On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the stock opened touched the intraday high of Rs 153.48 after opening at Rs 147.

Meanwhile, it 52 week low and high values stood at Rs 127.50 and RS 248.30, respectively, on NSE.

Share India Securities dividend amount

In an exchange filing, the company has informed that its board has approved an interim dividend of Rs 0.40 per equity share with a face value of Rs 2 each. The company had announced dividends three times this financial year.

According to the filing, the record date for the dividend would be February 2, 2026, determining the eligibility of shareholders. Additionally, it announced that the dividend payment will be made on or before February 26, 2026.

Share price history

In the long run, the stock has yielded over 360 per cent in lats five years; however, the shares of the company corrected over 30 per cent in the last three years and over 60 per cent in the last two years.

On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the shares fell over 1o per cent. Meanwhile, in the last 5 trading sessions, it rose nearly 2 per cent.
