MCX Gold, Silver Rate Today: The Bullion Prices continued their winning streak for the third consecutive day after witnessing a sharp decline last week. The Silver futures contract (March 5 expiry) surged nearly Rs 16,000 in early trade to Rs 2,84,094 per kilogram against last day's closing of Rs 2,68,015 on Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX).

Similarly, Gold futures contract (April 2 expiry) soared nearly Rs 7,000 to a level of Rs 1,60,755 per 10 grams in early trade against last session's closing of Rs 1,53,809 on MCX.

At the time of writing, the MCX Gold was trading at Rs 1,59,594, up Rs 5,785 or 3.76 per cent. While MCX Silver was at Rs 2,82,095, up Rs 14,080 or 5.25 per cent.

Gold Silver Rates In The International Market

The Gold rate soared to reclaim the $5,000 per ounce mark in the international market. At the time of writing, COMEX Gold was at $5,102.50 per ounce, up $167.50 or 3.39 per cent, while COMEX Silver was trading at $87.815, up $4.5 or 5.42 per cent.

24k, 22K Gold Rate In India

In the domestic retail market, the 24 karat gold rate today in India is Rs 1,60,060 per 10 grams, while the 22 karat gold price today is Rs 1,46,722 per 10 grams.

At the same time, the rate of 20 karat gold is Rs 1,33,383 per 10 grams, while the 18 karat gold rate is Rs 1,20,045 per 10 grams.
