Preferential issuance details

According to its BSE disclosure, Raymond Limited intends to secure capital by issuing 33.28 lakh convertible warrants via private placement to Minerva Ventures Fund, priced at ₹645 per warrant.

New defence contract secured

Alongside the allotment news, investor confidence was boosted by a new ₹33 crore defence contract awarded to Raymond's aerospace division by a major domestic aerospace firm. The order covers intricate assemblies, machining, and aerospace castings, with production scheduled to phase in throughout 2026 and 2027.
