Gold-Silver Price Today: After hitting lifetime highs in the previous session, the bullion prices extended their gaining momentum on Tuesday to climb to fresh all-time highs amid growing global uncertainties.

In the domestic futures market, silver rates soared around Rs 9,000 on Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX) in early trade to a new all-time high of Rs 3,19,500 per kilogram from Rs 3,10,275 in the last session. Similarly, MCX Gold jumped nearly Rs 1,000 to a fresh lifetime high of Rs 1,46,888 per 10 grams in early trades as compared to Rs 1,45,639 in the last session.

At around 9:40 am, MCX Silver (March 5 Expiry) was trading at Rs 3,19,447 per kg, up Rs 9,172 or 2.96 per cent, while MCX Gold (February 5 Expiry) was trading at Rs 1,46,731 per 10 grams, up Rs 1,092 or 0.75 per cent.

"Precious metals, including gold and silver, continue to trade firm, adding to commodity-linked volatility, while the rupee’s depreciation toward the 90.95–91.00 zone is keeping near-term pressure elevated. However, sustained currency weakness could eventually turn supportive for FII inflows if valuations become more attractive through 2026," said Ponmudi R, CEO of Enrich Money. 

Gold-Silver Rates In International Market

Gold and Silver Prices are hitting highs in the international market. AT the time of writing, Comex Gold was trading at $4,696.80, up 2.21 per cent or $101.40 per ounce. At the same time, the Comex Silver soared 6 per cent from $5.24 to $93.785.

"COMEX Gold is trading near the $4,681 zone after recording a fresh all-time high of $4,698 earlier today. The uptrend remains firmly intact, with prices comfortably holding above the rising channel and the 20-day EMA near $4,501 — a clear reflection of sustained bullish momentum," according to Ponmudi R, CEO of Enrich Money.

24k, 22K Gold Rates In India Today

In the domestic retail market, the 24 karat gold rate today is Rs 1,48,520 per 10 grams, while the 22 karat gold rate today is Rs 1,36,143 per 10 grams. At the same time, 18 karat gold rate today is Rs 1,11,390 per 10 grams.

Silver Rate Today In India: The Silver price today in the domestic retail market is Rs 3,17,180 per kilogram.
