IPL 2025 Suspended: Gujarat Titans, who are currently the IPL 2025 table toppers have started their training session for the rest of the IPL 2025 matches on Sunday. As per a Times Of India report, the Gujarat-based franchise had reached the Narendra Modi stadium.
“Yes, we have started training. The boys looked sharp, and we are ready to go," a GT official was quoted as saying to the Times of India.
According to lots of media reports, the BCCI and IPL's governing council have requested all 10 teams to assemble their squads for the rest of the matches of the ongoing season, which is expected to begin from next week after it was suspended for one week.

As per the latest information, all the players of the Gujarat-based franchise besides England's Jos Buttler and South Africa's Gerald Coetzee attended the practice session.
“Our entire squad stuck around. Only Jos and Gerald, but they will come back as required," the official added.
Even before the ongoing season was suspended, the Shubman Gill-led side was having a dream run. Their top-order batting lineup- Sai Sudharsan, Shubman Gill, and Jos Buttler had scored 500 runs each. This is the first team in the tournament's history that their top three batters score 500 runs in a single season. Besides that, there are three star bowlers- Prasidh Krishna, Mohammed Siraj, and R Sai Kishore, who are part of the top 10 bowlers, where Prasidh Krishna is currently the Purple cap holder, as he has taken 20 wickets after playing in 11 matches.
During the ongoing season, the Shubman Gill-led side have won 8 matches out of 11 played till now and have scored 16 points and are currently the table toppers. If they win just one more match, then they will finish in the top two and reach the playoffs for the third time.
They played against the Mumbai Indians during their last IPL clash at their backyard and won the match by three wickets.
