DC vs RCB IPL 2026: Royal Challengers Bengaluru's star batter Virat Kohli has become the first batter to score 9000 runs. He achieved this milestone during their IPL 2026 match against the Delhi Capitals. Kohli played his 275th tournament match and reached the milestone on the last ball of the sixth over. He took a single and smashed the ball towards long-off during DC captain Axar Patel's over.
In the IPL, Kohli has scored eight centuries and six half-centuries.
Rohit Sharma is the only other batter with over 7,000 tournament runs.
