IND vs AUS: Before the much-awaited Boxing Day Test, which would be held in Melbourne, the Men in Blue were seen putting in hard yards as star India batter Virat Kohli's batting practice grabbed the most attention. Kohli practiced batting for an hour as he played against different Indian bowlers, especially Mohammed Siraj and Akashdeep, who bowled to him with the new ball. Virat was at his absolute best against the fast bowlers as he was able to face the bounce and the swing quite comfortably. But, it wasn't just the pacers, who grabbed his attention as he also batted against throwdown specialists and he also was seen playing some brilliant shots gracefully. His rhythm during the middle overs reminded everyone of his dominance on the first day of the training session, which showed that he was in sublime form and was ready to face all the challenges that the upcoming Test would pose.

Besides Kohli, openers KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal also faced fast bowlers. Especially, Jaiswal was also the center of attraction in the training session. KL Rahul was also seen giving some tips to Jaiswal as to how he should bat on tricky pitches like that at the MCG. All the senior Indian batters were seen guiding Jaiswal and helping him to get adjusted to this venue. The youngster, who was seen struggling during the last two Test matches after he scored the century in the series opener, was seen having a word with veteran batters like KL Rahul, Kohli, and head coach Gautam Gambhir. These conversations will help Jaiswal to prepare better for the Boxing Day Test, where he will be playing against the best bowlers.

Rohit's advice was about how Jaiswal could improve his strokeplay and especially his footwork against pacers. These conversations between Jaiswal and the veterans show the positive team culture of the Men in Blue, where the players are continuously talking about their experiences and insights to help each other.
