The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025, offering affordable flats to people with limited budgets. Registrations for the scheme open on Thursday, September 11, through the DDA’s housing portal. Booking of flats will begin from September 22, while the scheme will remain open until December 21, 2025.

Under the scheme, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Janta category flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration fee is fixed at Rs 2,500, though applicants already registered on the portal need not pay again. The booking amount for EWS/Janta flats has been set at Rs 50,000. Eligibility requires the applicant to be at least 18 years old, with an annual family income not exceeding Rs 10 lakh.

Flat Details and Pricing

A total of 1,172 flats are on offer in different parts of Delhi:

  • Narela (EWS): 672 flats, priced between Rs 9.18 lakh and Rs 27.86 lakh
  • Loknayakpuram (EWS): 108 flats, priced between Rs 29.60 lakh and Rs 32.62 lakh
  • Rohini (Janta): 97 flats, priced between Rs 14.59 lakh and Rs 15 lakh
  • Todapur (Janta): 3 flats, priced between Rs 18.02 lakh and Rs 18.43 lakh
  • Dwarka Sector 14 (EWS): 241 flats, priced between Rs 34.74 lakh and Rs 35.32 lakh
  • Dwarka Sector 19B (EWS): 3 flats, priced at Rs 26.77 lakh
  • Dwarka Mangla Puri (EWS): 48 flats, priced between Rs 32.32 lakh and Rs 33.43 lakh
