COMEDK UGET 2025: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has released the exam timetable for the Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET 2025). According to the timetable, the COMEDK UGET 2025 exam will be held on May 10, 2025.
The COMEDK UGET 2025 registration window begins on February 3, 2025. Eligible individuals can fill out the COMEDK UGET 2025 application form on the official website of COMEDK at comedk.org. The deadline to submit the COMEDK UGET 2025 application form is March 15, 2025.
COMEDK UGET 2025: Fee details
Applicants who wish to register for the COMEDK UGET 2025 entrance exam must pay an application cost of Rs 1,950, plus a convenience charge/price as appropriate. Those who want to register for both COMEDK UGET and the Unified Council of Engineering Entrance Exam (UNIGAUGE) must pay a registration fee of Rs 3,200.
COMEDK UGET 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants can verify the COMEDK UGET 2025 qualifying criteria for the undergraduate (UG) engineering courses listed below.
- The qualifying tests for admission to Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programs are the second Pre-University Course (PUC), Class 12, or an equivalent examination recognized by the state or central governments.
- The final two years of study will include Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, with English as a required subject.
- General Merit applicants must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% for SC, ST, and OBC candidates in Karnataka State) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, as well as passing these subjects individually.
- Physics and mathematics are required disciplines, with Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, or Electronics as an optional study. However, any adjustments to the eligibility criteria proposed by the AICTE/VTU shall be implemented.
- An attempt at the COMEDK Entrance Test for admission to Engineering degrees is regarded as suitable for inclusion in the ranking list.
- Diploma students are ineligible to take the Entrance Test because there are no lateral entry admissions.
