In the DHSE, Kerala regular category examinations, a total of 3,72,423 students appeared for the Kerala Plus Two exams this year. Out of them, 2,09,398 students have become eligible for higher education after the declaration of the Kerala DHSE Class 12 results.

The supplementary exams, called the Save A Year (SAY) exams, will be conducted by DHSE for students who fails in one or two subjects. The SAY exams will allow students to improve their marks and not lose an entire year. This year, Kerala SAY exams will be held between June 29 and July 3.

The overall pass percentage in the DHSE Plus Two examinations rose marginally to 77.97 per cent this year, up by 0.16 percentage points from 77.81 per cent last year, though it remains lower than the 78.69 per cent recorded in 2024 and the 82.95 per cent achieved the year before.

The wait for lakhs of students has now effectively come to an end, as the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala, declared the results for the 'Plus Two' (Plus Two) examinations 2026 at 3:00 PM this afternoon. Students who appeared for the Higher Secondary examinations between March 6 and March 28 can view their provisional scorecards online via keralaresults.nic.in and dhsekerala.gov.in.

The wait is almost over for lakhs of students as the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education Kerala prepares to announce the Plus Two Result 2026 today at 3 PM. The result will be available through DigiLocker, Saphalam KITE app, PRD Live app, OFFICIAL Website and SMS services to reduce pressure on official portals.

In the DHSE Kerala Plus Two Result 2025, the overall pass percentage stood at 77.81%. Among all streams, Science recorded the highest success rate with 83.25% students passing the examination.

Government schools recorded a pass rate of 73.33 per cent last year while unaided schools achieved 75.91 per cent. Special schools scored 86.4 per cent, aided 82.16 per cent, Kalamandalam (Art) 80.36 per cent and technical schools scored 70.76 per cent.

To pass the Class 12 board exams, students are required to secure a D+ grade or above for all subjects with 30 per cent scores, including a grace mark if any, in theory alone. Along with this they must have an aggregate total of 30 per cent in theory, practical evaluation and continuous evaluation taken together.

The exams in the Gulf region were cancelled due to the tension in the Middle East region. Students who have appeared from those centres will have their marks awarded based on their performance in the school term exam and internal assessments.

In the Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary stream, 26,829 first-year students and 26,826 second-year regular students had registered themselves.
