Ghaziabad New School Timings 2026: The District Magistrate has passed an order to make changes in the school timings from Nursery to Class 8. All the Basic Education Council, non-government aided, recognized, CBSE, ICSE, and all other board schools (from class nursery to class 8) operating in the district have to abide by this order. In lieu of the continuously rising temperatures and heat waves in Ghaziabad district, the DM has taken this decision to prevent students from heat strokes and other weather-related severities.

Ghaziabad New School Hours 2026: New School Timings

As per the DM’s order, the Nursery to Class 8 school schedule Ghaziabad has been fixed from 7.30 am to 12:30 pm in all the schools from 27th April 2026. Students from  Nursery to Class 8 have to attend their classes within this timeframe.

The District Magistrate reiterated that the order must be strictly followed. Any kind of negligence will not be tolerated. With rising temperatures in Ghaziabad and adjoining districts, students are requested to stay indoors during peak sun hours to prevent heat stroke and dehydration.  Schools must prioritize indoor activities to keep children safe from extreme heat.
