In the CA Final examination, the overall pass percentage stood at 16.23% for candidates who appeared for both groups. As per ICAI data, 24.66% of candidates passed Group I (12,811 out of 51,955 appeared), while 25.26% cleared Group II (8,151 out of 32,273 appeared). For students who took both groups together, 2,727 out of 16,800 qualified, bringing the total number of newly qualified Chartered Accountants to 11,466 this session.

ICAI has released the CA Foundation September 2025 results today. Out of 98,827 candidates, 14,609 cleared the exam, recording a 14.78 per cent overall pass rate.

Following the CA September 2025 results, ICAI will announce the next CA Intermediate and Final exams for January 2026. Students can download their digital marksheets, view the list of toppers, and verify their scores online. Over 2.5 lakh candidates participated in the September session. Official notifications regarding the next exam cycle and application process will be released on icai.org and the associated results portal.

Candidates can follow these simple steps to check their results:

1. Visit the official website, icai.nic.in.

2. To check the CA September 2025 results, go to the Intermediate or Final results link on the main website.

3. Enter your required details to log in and submit.

4. Your result will appear on the screen. Download it and save it for future reference.

After the declaration of the ICAI CA September Result 2025, students can download digital marksheets immediately from the official portals. These marksheets are valid for official use, including membership registration or further studies. Keep your roll number, registration ID, and date of birth ready to log in. Avoid unofficial websites and social media links to ensure accurate results.

Lakhs of CA aspirants across the nation are on high alert today. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is set to declare the results for the September 2025 session for Foundation, Intermediate, and Final courses. 

According to the CA institute, the Chartered Accountancy — Final and Intermediate results will be published at 2 pm, following which the Foundation results are scheduled to be announced at 5 pm, as per the official result notice.

Around 2.5 lakh candidates appeared for the CA September 2025 exams, including Intermediate and Final groups. Exams were conducted across India and abroad between September 3 and 22, 2025. Students can check their results online and download digital marksheets. ICAI will also release toppers’ details, pass percentages, and the merit list for both Intermediate and Final courses alongside the official results.

The CA Final and Intermediate exams were conducted from September 12 to September 26, 2025, across multiple centres in India and abroad, while the Foundation exam took place on September 16, 18, 20, and 22, 2025.

The CA Final and Intermediate results are expected around 2 pm, while the Foundation level exam results will be made available around 5 pm.
