JEE Main Session 2 Exam 2026: The National Testing Agency has opened the application form correction window for the JEE Main Session 2 exam 2026, today at jeemain.nta.nic.in. Registered candidates can log in with their application number and password and make necessary changes to their application form. The window will remain open till tomorrow, February 28, 2026.
JEE Main 2026 session 2 exam will be held between April 2 and 9, 2026. NTA will notify the exact dates on which the exam will be held during this period.
How To Edit Details In JEE Main Session 2 Application Form 2026?
Candidates can follow the given steps to edit their details in the JEE Main Session 2 application form 2026.
Step 1: Visit the official website JEE Main portal at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the “JEE Main 2026 Form Correction” link.
Step 3: Enter your application number and password.
Step 4: Your application form will appear on the screen.
Step 5: View the details carefully and make changes where necessary.
Step 6: Submit the form after cross-checking the details thoroughly.
JEE Main Session 2 Application Form 2026: Editable Fields
Candidates must note that only specific fields can be edited during the application form correction window. Phone number, email id, Address (Permanent and Present), Emergency Contact details, and photo cannot be edited.
Editable fields include:
Name, date of birth, and parents’ names
Category details or PwD status
Medium of examination preference
Academic details (Class XII board, year of passing, marks)
Choice of exam session or city preferences
Uploaded documents
What After JEE Main Session 2 Application Form Correction Window Closes?
Once the window closes, candidates won’t be able to edit or modify their application details further. The details submitted will be considered final and used for the counselling and admission process.
NAT will then release the exam city intimation slip for the April session, probably in the first week of April 2026. Candidates will be able to check the city where NTA will allot them their exam centre. Following this, the admit cards will be issued containing the centre name, address, exam date, shift and more important exam instructions.
