JEECUP 2024 Admit Card:  The Directorate of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh, has extended the deadline for the application window for JEECUP 2024 till May 10. Earlier, the deadline to submit the JEECUP application form 2024 was March 4. Candidates who have not applied yet can apply online for the Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh, JEECUP 2024 at jeecup.admissions.nic.in.

“The last date of online application form filling has been extended till 10/05/2024. So all willing candidates must fill their application form in time. This is the last opportunity to fill the application form,” reads the official notification. 

According to the media reports, it is expected that the JEECUP 2024 exam date will also be postponed. Initially scheduled to be held from March 16 to March 22, 2024. However, there is no official confirmation. The revised date is yet to be announced by the board.  

JEECUP 2024: Eligibility Criteria

For the JEECUP (Polytechnic) entrance exam 2024, eligibility contains candidates who have successfully completed Classes 10 and 12 from a recognised board. Moreover, individuals who have either finished or are currently pursuing a BSc in Biology and Chemistry/Biochemistry are eligible. There is no age restriction for applications. As part of the registration process, students are required to upload a colored photograph featuring their name and date, along with an image of their signature.

JEECUP 2024: Application Fee

Candidates belonging to the unreserved and OBC categories are required to pay a registration fee of Rs 300 for the JEECUP (Polytechnic) entrance exam 2024. Candidates falling under the SC and ST categories will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 200. The payment process allows for online transactions through multiple methods such as debit cards, credit cards, online banking, and UPI.

Step 1: Go to the official website-- jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link JEECUP registration on the homepage
Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen and candidates will have to enter the login details
Step 4: Fill out the application form, upload the required documents
Step 5: Pay the application fees and click on the submit button
