Delhi University's Campus of Open Learning (COL) has introduced a new AI Film Making Certificate Course. The three-month course is intended for anyone who wishes to learn about the application of AI in filmmaking.

Every step of the production process is covered in the course, including story development, graphic creation, video editing, and audio addition. Only 30 seats will be available for the offline classes, which will cost Rs 15,000. The deadline for registration is October 31, 2026, having started on October 5, 2026.

DU AI Film Making Certificate Course: What Will Students Learn?

Using AI tools, the course will cover all aspects of filmmaking. Students will gain knowledge about how to formulate concepts, write narratives, make storyboards, and produce graphics.

AI-generated pictures, audio creation, video editing, prompt writing, and background music are all included in the program. Through exercises and projects, students will hone these abilities.

Those interested in filmmaking, advertising, digital media, and social media content development could find the course helpful.

Delhi UniversiyAI Film Making Certificate Course:  Who Can Apply?

Anyone who has passed Class 10 from a recognised board can apply, including Delhi University students. Applicants should have basic computer knowledge.

Experience in making social media content, editing photos or videos, or creating videos on a phone or computer would be helpful, but it is not mandatory.

Admission will be on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability. The university has clarified that completing the course does not guarantee a job or placement.
