What Happens After a Challenge to the Answer Has Been Lodged By the Candidate?

According to the SSC's official guidelines, the objections are examined by a subject matter expert before the preparation of the final answer key. The outcome of the review could range from correcting the question, treating it as having more than one correct option, eliminating the question itself, and various other possibilities. It must be borne in mind that challenging a particular answer key will not necessarily lead to changes being made in the answer key or additional marks being awarded. The process followed by the Commission and its decision will determine the final outcome.
