UP Scholarship 2026-27 Registration: There is important news for Uttar Pradesh Scholarship-eligible students who want to apply under the post-matric category (other than the intermediate or post-10th level). The application window is currently open, and they can apply for the Uttar Pradesh Scholarship 2026-2027.

These students can apply through the official website of UP Scholarship, which is www.scholarship.up.gov.in, when they are studying for their graduation, post-graduation, diploma, ITI, and other courses. The process for this category starts on 15 September 2026.

The deadline for renewal applicants is October 15,  2026, while for new applicants, the deadline is October 31, 2026. Before filling out the Scholarship form, students need to know their application category.

UP Scholarship 2026-27: Steps To Apply

1. Visit the official site http://scholarship.up.gov.in and fill the OTR form, when required.

2. They need to select the required scholarship category and opt for either the new or renewal form.

3. Upon filling the form with the required details, they must upload the required documents.

4. They must take a printout of the filled form and submit its hard copy to the concerned institution wherever required.

Note:  Students should be careful in order to avoid any mistakes, since even small errors can result in unnecessary delay.

What Happens After Applying For UP Scholarship 2026-27?

For students whose applications are found to be correct and are accepted, the scholarship amount is transferred directly to their bank accounts via 'Direct Benefit Transfer' (DBT). This ensures transparency and reduces the time required for fund disbursement.
