NTA Grievance Advisory:  The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued key advisories for students raising their queries regarding exams like NEET UG, JEE, CUET, and other entrance tests conducted by NTA. To respond to each grievance on time and efficiently, the agency has asked candidates to follow certain guidelines while seeking timely resolution of their grievances. Adding to this, the agency said that it receives a lot of complaints via its official website and email. Many of these lack essential candidate identification information, making it difficult for the agency to locate and address the queries promptly. To avoid such lapses, the agency has asked the aspirants to send their complaints in the correct manner with all details mentioned.

Important Points To Be Considered While Submitting Grievances

NTA has laid down the following key pointers for NEET UG, JEE and CUET aspirants to follow while submitting the complaints.

1. Candidates must send the query from the same registered email address that they have used while submitting the application form.

2. They must mention their application number in the subject line of the email.

3. Clearly mention the name of the examination to which the complaint relates.

4. Write about your problem concisely and shortly.

5. Attach screenshots or documents, if any, along with your complaint.

6. Send complaints only to the email address of the separate help center designated for each exam.

Email Should Be Sent To Respective Help Centre

Reiterating the advisory, the agency said that the email address for the respective help centre may be different for each exam. Candidates must find the appropriate email address in the relevant exam information bulletin and accordingly send their complaints. This will help the agency to track the grievance from the particular official information source and address it on time.
