Out of the total 12.64 lakh candidates, 7,16,321 students were from government schools, while 5,48,297 were from private institutions, reflecting strong participation from the public sector.

The overall passing percentage of class 8th in the year 2024 was 94.50%. Out of a total of 13,05,355 students, 12,33,702 students passed. According to the report published in the newspaper, Education Departmental Examinations Rajasthan Bikaner Registrar Narendra Kumar Soni said that the exam results will be declared from Shiksha Sankul Jaipur. Education Minister Madan Dilawar will join through video conferencing and announce the exam results.
