As announced earlier, NTA will have rescheduled the exam to September 9 and 10 for the English, Commerce, and Sociology subjects. The shift details will be mentioned on the admit card.
Subjects | Re-Exam Date | Shift | Timings |
English | September 9, 2026 | Shift 1 | 9 AM to 12 Noon |
Commerce | September 9, 2026 | Shift 2 | 3 to 6 PM |
Sociology | September 10, 2026 | Shift 1 | 9 AM to 12 Noon |
Why Were Exams Rescheduled?
Citing multiple factual, typographical, translation, and conceptual errors in the question papers of English, Commerce, and Sociology subjects, the authorities took the decision to reschedule the exam for September 9 and 10. Candidates must carry their hard copy of the admit card as digital copies are strictly prohibited.
