UP Lekhpal 2025: Step-by-Step Application Process for UP Lekhpal Recruitment
Step 1: Candidates should open the official UPSSSC website, upsssc.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link related to “Lekhpal Recruitment 2025” or “Apply Online”.
Step 3: Now, log in using your OTR number, date of birth, and captcha code. Candidates who have already registered for OTR do not need to register again.
Step 4: After logging in, the application form will open. Fill in your personal information, educational qualifications, category, address, and contact details. The information already filled in the OTR will appear automatically.
Step 5: Now, upload the required documents in the specified format and size, such as: Photograph, Signature, Educational Certificates
Step 6: After filling in the information, pay the application fee online through debit card, credit card, or net banking.
Step 7: After checking all the information, submit the application form and save a printout or PDF copy for future reference.

Application Process And Fees:
Candidates must apply using their PET registration number. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification. The application fee has been fixed at Rs 25 for all categories.
Important: Candidates seeking reservation or age relaxation benefits must submit the necessary certificates in the prescribed format by January 28, 2026. For EWS category applicants, only certificates issued between April 1, 2025, and January 28, 2026 will be valid
