Toxic teaser X review
A netizen wrote on X, "The Toxic team launched a special teaser specially for ladies and pulled no punches in terms of making it as brutal as possible, totally living up to its title. I hope patriarchy doesn't face the brunt of the outrage against this, because Toxic has a female director."
Another one wrote, "The most VULGAR teaser of the DECADE. #ToxicTheMovie demeans women as an object of sex. Dialogues are not only CHEAP but downright anti-women. Usage of full-blown English will further curtail its reach among the masses."
A user wrote, "They just released the teaser for Yash Toxic And I can now understand why this Movie is being delayed day by day. It looks weird And seriously wtf is this line? But here comes a plot twist ladies, don't forget the predictable spectacle of men and their cocks. Idk what they are trying to create but the teaser is not impressive as it was foretold."
The teaser begins with an introduction reading, "Kids stay away. Parents make sure your kids stay away. Grandparents make sure your kids' kids stay away. Great Grandparents... at your own risk."
The clip then cuts into Yash and Kiara lying on the beach. Nayanthara is shown riding a bike and Tara is seen smoking while standing near the bar. The teaser then features a small glimpse of Huma Qureshi who looks confident enough as she seems up to something big, while Rukmini is seen pointing a revolver at her target.
Toxic has been directed by Geetu Mohandas and stars Yash in lead role. The movie has been shot in Kannada and English and will also release in dubbed versions across Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.
