Actor Aamir Khan met acclaimed screenwriter Salim Khan, who is presently admitted at Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital. The actor and his girlfriend, Gauri Spratt, arrived to the hospital on Thursday. Aamir, who is close to Salim Khan and his family, stopped over to see how the veteran screenwriter was doing.
Aamir Khan and his partner were seen walking out of the hospital together in a viral video. The 90-year old veteran screenwriter was admitted under observation in intensive care unit (ICU).
Salim Khan, 90, was admitted on Tuesday following a small hemorrhage in his brain. His condition is stable, according to doctors' confirmation on Wednesday, and he is being closely monitored in the intensive care unit (ICU).

Salim Khan suffered a slight haemorrhage, according to Dr. Jalil Parkar, the writer's doctor, who made this revelation to the public on Wednesday. When Salim Khan was admitted to the hospital, the doctor also noted that his blood pressure was 'high' and that he was having some 'jerks'.
"There was minimal brain haemorrhage. A small procedure was done this morning and it was accomplished. He is fine and stable but is still on a ventilator. By tomorrow, hopefully, we will take him off the ventilator. All in all, he’s doing quite well. Keeping his age in mind, the recovery time is longer."

A number of well-known figures from the film fraternity have been paying Salim Khan visit since he was admitted in the hospital. Javed Akhtar, a veteran writer, met his longtime friend on Wednesday. Sanjay Dutt, Shilpa Shetty also met Salman Khan's father at the hospital. Rahul N Kanal, a politician, and Iulia Vantur, an actor, also visited to meet the 90 year old.
Salman Khan along Arbaaz and Sohail have been making frequent visits to their father at the hospital. Alvira Agnihotri, Salma Khan, Helen, Sshura Khan, and other relatives were also spotted at the premises. Salim Khan turned ninety years old on November 24, 2025.
