Alliance serves as the Indian adaptation of John de Mol's global reality format, placing 16 celebrity contestants ("Allies") inside a central headquarters governed by an omnipresent entity called 'The System'. Contestants navigate physical challenges, mental puzzles, and social manipulation to remain in the game.

Actor-director Kunal Kemmu will return to host the second season.
