In 2024, Amitabh Bachchan purchased a 10,000 sq ft plot in HoABL’s luxury development The Sarayu for about Rs 15 crore. In 2025, he bought another 25,000 sq ft plot near The Sarayu project for over Rs 40 crore.
Later, in 2026, Big B bought a 2.67-acre land parcel worth Rs 35 crore. With these investments, Amitabh Bachchan's total expenditure stands at Rs 90 crore.

Ranbir Kapoor
Actor Ranbir Kapoor has bought land in Ayodhya this year. He invested Rs 3.31 crore in a 2,134 sq. ft. plot in Ayodhya.
According to a report in News18, Ranbir Kapoor had said in a statement, "I believe Ayodhya has chosen me, and I have just answered this calling."
"Ayodhya is deeply rooted in our history and is a critical part of our cultural fabric. This land at The Sarayu became my gateway to ensuring this becomes a part of my legacy for my family," the actor concluded.
