Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Live Updates: Spy Thriller Movie's Shows To Reduce In Favour Of Dharmendra’s Last Film Ikkis?

After the success of Dhurandhar, Ranveer Singh is currently holidaying in the US with his wife, Deepika Padukone. Chef Vikas Khanna recently shared a video of the couple visiting his restaurant, where they celebrated the film’s success by enjoying modaks together.

During the promotions and even after the massive success of Dhurandhar, Ranveer Singh summed up his journey with the film in just one line: "Maine bahut mehnat ki hai" (I have worked very hard). A senior journalist, who met the actor at both the Dhurandhar trailer launch and the music launch, recalled that each time they crossed paths, Ranveer repeated the same sentiment. Addressing him warmly as 'Paaji', the actor said, "Main bohot mehnat ki hai" — not once, but twice — underlining the effort he poured into the project.

Dhurandhar OTT Release: The digital rights to the Ranveer Singh starrer Dhurandhar have reportedly been sold to Netflix, however the film's producers have not officially confirmed the reports. The estimated amount for part one and two ranges between Rs 130 crore and Rs 285 crore.

Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 26: The collecting and screenings of other movies, such as Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, Avatar: Fire and Ash, and the recently released romantic comedy Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, have been impacted by the Dhurandhar wave, which is still going strong. Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri Box Office Collection Day 6: With a six-day total of Rs 27 crore, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri’s lifetime collection is expected to be between Rs 40 and Rs 50 crore, according to trade analysts. The rom com movie was not widely released. On the day of its premiere, the romantic comedy, although being a Dharma Productions production, barely managed 2,290 screenings.

Yami Gautam, a well-known actress and wife of Aditya Dhar, revealed that she wanted to feature in the film after reading the screenplay. "When I read his next script, I told him that it was one of those rare moments when I wished I was a guy. The script is so brilliant. It’s such an amazing world," she said in an interview with News18.

Ikkis has a lot of emotional significance. This film, which is Dharam ji's last, depicts the tale of a courageous officer and has an emotional resonance that may still appeal to viewers.

Dhurandhar is facing a number of competitors, including Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri and Avatar: Fire & Ash, so it becomes inevitable that the small but well-intentioned film will not succeed. Ikkis's initial December 24, 2026, release date was rescheduled to January 1, 2026.

Chitrangada Singh used the example of Dhurandhar, a movie that was criticised for its use of violence. "Sometimes when a film like Dhurandhar comes, some people may only look at it as a film with violent scenes, but that’s the storytelling. In the same way, you have certain kinds of comedy films, and that’s their storytelling. This is how a physical comedy is played out, and this is how a director wants to show it," she said. Sriram was asked to draw comparisons between Dhurandhar and Agent Vinod, his spy thriller. The director praised Aditya Dhar's filmmaking while pointing out how Dhurandhar differed from his narrative approach. "It is a well-made film with terrific performances, but it is not our kind of film. We must understand that we are living in different times. Dhurandhar is one movie. It is doing spectacularly well, and it should. But this is not the only format. If I start following it, it will be the silliest thing to do," he said.

Dhurandhar's box office receipts are currently the highest of any Hindi movie on day 26. It has surpassed Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan, which made Rs 6.65 crore, almost half of what the true-life spy thriller brought in on Tuesday. On the 26th day, Allu Arjun's blockbuster Pushpa 2 earned Rs 5.5 crore.

Dhurandhar is currently pursuing Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan lifetime collection. After shattering Pathaan's lifetime box office record in just 24 days (Rs 1,069.85 crore), the Ranveer Singh-led spy thriller is now aiming for Jawan (Rs 1,163.62 crore).

He said, “Well-made propaganda is more dangerous. Films like The Taj Story and The Bengal Films were not dangerous, kyunki wo bakwaas films thi (because they were bad films). But Dhurandhar is an engaging film.” His remarks triggered strong backlash online, with many viewers accusing him of selectively targeting certain films while ignoring others.

Dhurandhar Worldwide Box Office Collection Day 25: According to reports, Ranveer Singh starrer has collected more than $26.5 million from overseas markets. In its third week, the film’s daily earnings dipped below $1 million for the first time. The spy thriller has now crossed Rs 1,081 crore in gross worldwide collections and is steadily closing in on the Rs 1,100 crore milestone.

Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 25: According to early estimates by trade website Sacnilk, the film earned around Rs 7.11 crore across all languages on its 25th day (fourth Monday, December 29, 2025). With this, its total India net collection has reached approximately Rs 697.61 crore. The film is now just a step away from entering the Rs 700 crore club.
