Hansika Motwani Divorce: The high-profile marriage of South Indian film star Hansika Motwani and businessman Sohael Khaturiya has officially come to an end. A family court in Mumbai granted the couple divorce on March 11, 2026, marking the conclusion of their four-year relationship. The separation was settled by mutual consent, with both of them deciding to move forward independently.
Hansika Motwani and Sohael Khaturiya tied the knot in a lavish ceremony on December 4, 2022, at the Mandota Fort in Jaipur. Their wedding was a massive event and was even documented in a reality web series titled Hansika’s Love Shaadi Drama. However, the marriage reportedly faced challenges shortly after the celebrations ended.
According to court documents, the couple lived together for only a short period before realising they had significant differences in their temperaments, opinions, and lifestyles. The plea stated that the pair often argued over minor issues, which made it impossible for them to continue living together. The legal proceedings took place at the Bandra Family Court, where Hansika was represented by advocate Adnan Shaikh.
Hansika Motwani reportedly chose to forgo any claims to streedhan or alimony. Both Hansika and Sohael filed affidavits confirming that neither would make any financial demands against the other. The couple has been living apart since July 2, 2024.
