Vicky is currently preparing for his upcoming Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie Love And War alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. The star recently got candid about this opportunity and revealed that the director allows his stars to explore emotional possibilities.

Vicky Kaushal told The Hollywood Reporter India about his experience of working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. He said, "I’m getting to learn so much."

He further added, "I just feel like I go in so much more relaxed. I don’t feel the need to cement my thought process on the character so much, Of course, I know the character. But how to enter a scene, how to approach it, how to commit to it emotionally, that’s where he’s such a master."

Talking about the trip he gets while exploring what the character holds, Vicky said, "He’s a master of exploring the possibilities of what this character, or these two characters, or these three characters, could do in a given circumstance. There’s so much joy and so much adrenaline in exploring, and he really makes you do that as an actor."

The actor also opened up about the sense of fulfilment he gets after having a long working day. He also admitted that the process often is hectic and unsettling in the beginning. Vicky added, "Some of those possibilities are not coming naturally, but you’re reaching for them, going there."

Vicky Kaushal’s Career

Vicky Kaushal began his journey in the show business by working as an assistant director for the Gangs Of Wasseypur in 2012.
He made his acting debut in 2012 with the movie Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana but he gathered major critical acclaim for his indie drama Masaan in 2015.

When it comes to his upcoming movies, the actor is currently working on Love And War, in which he will be reuniting with Ranbir Kapoor along with Alia Bhatt. The movie is slated for a 2026 release.
