Although this amount sounds surprisingly low for a top-tier star like Akshay Kumar, reports further suggest that the Bhooth Bangla actor has opted for an aggressive profit-sharing model. Reports state that Akshay Kumar’s contract guarantees him a staggering 72 per cent share of the film’s Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) earnings. The film's primary producers will retain the remaining 28 per cent.

Directed by Ahmed Khan, Welcome To The Jungle acts as the chaotic third installment in the beloved franchise. The narrative kicks off with an eccentric premise where Paresh Rawal’s character devises an intricate plan to shoot India’s very first fake film with a massive budget of Rs 2,000 crore. Censor Board Orders 18 Cuts Ahead Of Welcome To The Jungle Movie Release
To secure its final exhibition certificate, the team had to implement 18 specific modifications requested by the censor board. The board flagged several politically sensitive phrases, resulting in the removal of lines containing 'paani of Kashmir' and 'desh ki tatti'. Furthermore, specific military designations like 'Gorkha Regiment' were altered to generic phrasing like 'Tum army se ho?'
The board also targetted sensual sequences, ordering the removal of prominent bikini shots, close-up visuals of women's hips and specific dance movements featuring leading ladies Disha Patani and Jacqueline Fernandez. With these changes fully integrated, the complete family entertainer is officially cleared to hit cinemas worldwide.
