Lock Upp 2 Finale: The latest episode of Lock Upp 2 brought high-voltage drama as the remaining contestants engaged in a final showdown for a spot in the grand finale. With tensions running high inside the jail, two separate discussion groups were formed to evaluate each participant's performance.
By the end of the episode, the intense deliberation and crucial task rounds produced the top five finalists of Lock Upp 2.
Lock Upp 2 Top 5 Finalists
The first discussion group featured Yogesh Rawat, Varun Yadav, and Shreya Kalra, whilst the second panel comprised Akansha Chamola, Ram Kapoor, and Shilpa Shinde. Both groups were tasked with reviewing the journeys of all remaining contestants to select the most deserving candidates for the finale.
Following a detailed discussion and a majority vote, the panel of Akansha Chamola, Ram Kapoor, and Shilpa Shinde selected Shreya Kalra as the most deserving inmate. This decision made Shreya the latest official finalist, joining Shivangi Joshi, who had already secured her spot earlier in the competition.
At the same time, the group consisting of Shreya, Yogesh, and Varun voted to terminate Akansha Chamola from the game. However, the at-risk contestants were offered one last lifeline through a high-stakes challenge to earn their place in the top five.
During the final opportunity task, alliance dynamics played a key role. Shivangi Joshi supported Ram Kapoor, helping him successfully claim his spot as a finalist. Shortly afterwards, Shreya Kalra backed veteran actress Shilpa Shinde, securing another place in the top five.
With only one remaining spot in the grand finale, the final battle came down to the wire. Yogesh Rawat delivered a strong performance under pressure to clinch the fifth and final finalist position. Consequently, Varun Yadav’s journey came to an end as he was eliminated right before the finish line.
