Maa Behen On OTT: Netflix has officially announced the release date for its highly anticipated dark comedy, Maa Behen. The announcement was made on Friday to celebrate Madhuri Dixit’s 59th birthday, much to the delight of her fans. Directed by Suresh Triveni, known for his work on Tumhari Sulu and Jalsa, Maa Behen is described as a chaotic crime-comedy.

Maa Behen story follows a mother named Rekha (played by Madhuri Dixit) who is already busy dealing with her daily life when she faces a massive problem: she finds a dead body in her kitchen. Rekha must team up with her two daughters: Jaya, the responsible one (Triptii Dimri), and Sushma, the wild card (Dharna Durgaa). Together, this dysfunctional trio has to think quickly and lie even faster to keep their nosy neighbours from discovering the truth.
Maa Behen also stars Ravi Kishan along with Arunoday Singh and Geetanjali Kulkarni.
Meanwhile, the makers of Maa Behen movie believe the story will connect with audiences because it balances wild humour with real emotions. Producer Vikram Malhotra stated, "Maa Behen is the kind of story that hooks you with its audacious premise and stays with you for its emotional truth." He added that beneath the laughs, it is a human story about the choices people make to survive in a judgmental society.
