Following the massive success of the web series Made In India: A Titan Story, starring Jim Sarbh and Naseeruddin Shah, T-Series Films and Almighty Motion Picture have reunited for a brand new project. The makers have announced a premium multi-season drama titled The Tatas, which is based on Girish Kuber's book, The Tatas: How a Family Built a Business and a Nation.

T-Series Announces Epic Multi-Season Drama Series On The Tata Family Legacy

The show will focus on the incredible journey of the legendary business family that has spent three generations participating in nation-building. Screenwriter Karan Vyas, who was widely praised for his work on the Titan series, is returning to adapt the book for television.

According to the producers, The Tatas will not just focus on corporate boardrooms and financial balance sheets. Instead, it will serve as an intimate character study of visionary leaders who had to balance their deep personal convictions with the massive socio-political changes in India.

Sharing his excitement producer Bhushan Kumar of T-Series Films stated, "Some families build businesses. Some build institutions. The Tata family helped build the very idea of modern India. The overwhelming love for Made In India: A Titan Story has been incredibly heartening and has reaffirmed our belief that audiences today are seeking stories that are authentic, inspiring, and rooted in India’s rich legacy. That response has encouraged us to continue bringing such extraordinary journeys to the screen."
