Vvan is steadily shaping up to be one of the most anticipated theatrical releases of the year. While the makers have maintained secrecy around the project, a newly surfaced behind-the-scenes (BTS) image featuring Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia has added fresh excitement among fans. IndiaToday.in has exclusively accessed the still, which gives audiences their first informal glimpse of the lead pair together on set.
The photograph shows Malhotra and Bhatia mid-conversation, sharing a relaxed moment during filming. So far, the team behind Vvan has revealed very little about the film’s storyline. The only official visual released earlier was a cryptic poster featuring a pair of giant eyes set against a deep red background. The newly revealed BTS image adds another layer of intrigue. Unlike the ominous tone of the poster, the photograph captures a lighter, more intimate moment between the actors.
Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia have never shared screen space before, making Vvan an exciting prospect for audiences. Vvan is a big-screen folk thriller written by Arunabh Kumar and co-directed by Kumar and Deepak Mishra. The film is produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Arunabh Kumar and Niraj Kothari. Notably, Vvan marks a significant collaboration between Balaji Telefilms and The Viral Fever (TVF). While Balaji Telefilms has a long history in film and television production, this project also represents TVF’s first venture into feature films, making the collaboration particularly noteworthy.
