The Scam Leaked Teaser Out: Against the backdrop of growing student-led agitations over examination irregularities, streaming platform ZEE5 has officially announced a new OTT series titled The Scam: Leaked. The timing of the teaser release coincides with widespread public outrage and demonstrations across the country.
Unveiling the official teaser on social media, ZEE5 wrote, “One paper. Millions of dreams. One leak. A nation in disbelief.” They added, “The Scam: Leaked, Coming Soon on Zee 5.”
The one-minute teaser offers a chilling look into how examination papers are leaked. It opens inside a high-security printing press where medical entrance exam papers are being printed and sealed into confidential cartons under strict vigilance. Before the boxes are loaded onto transport vehicles, an insider secretly clicks photos of the question paper and forwards them online.
The video then cuts to news coverage, student outrage, and empty classrooms, before ending on a tragic note showing an unanswered phone call from "Papa" as a student dies by suicide due to the scandal.
While an official release date and primary cast are yet to be announced, ZEE5 tagged filmmakers Sameer S Redij, Anand Singh, Pragati Deshmukh, and Balwinder Singh Janjua in their post.
Overview Of The Ongoing Jantar Mantar Protests
What started as an online campaign over alleged NEET paper leaks has escalated into a sustained, large-scale demonstration at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. Led by the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), students are demanding complete accountability, systemic reforms, and direct government intervention.
The movement gained immense momentum after education reformer Sonam Wangchuk joined the protest on an indefinite hunger strike. Tensions escalated further when Delhi Police relocated a deteriorating Wangchuk to a hospital and cracked down on protesters during the 'Sansad Chalo' march towards Parliament during the Monsoon Session.
