He wondered why people were labelling it as a propaganda film and said, “A film is a film.” He found the film engrossing, entertaining, and genuinely made. He also appreciated the large sets, which were erected in Bangkok, Thailand, to depict Pakistan in the film. Sinha found the locations authentic and added depth to the story.
Praise Technical Brilliance In The Film
Sinha highlighted the sharp editing and effective cinematography in the film. He was impressed by the technical staff and felt that they deserved special appreciation for their efforts. The senior actor felt that each person in the cast and crew had done their bit perfectly in the film. He also appreciated the marketing of the film, especially on YouTube.
Shatrughan Sinha Applauds The Star Cast Of Dhurandhar
Shatrughan Sinha was particularly impressed with Ranveer Singh and said that he was apt for the character of undercover agent Hamza Ali Mazari. He also praised Sanjay Dutt for his performance and Akshaye Khanna for his role.
