Vicky Kaushal is one of the most talented and renowned actors in Bollywood. He rose to fame after featuring in Neeraj Ghyawan’s ‘Masaan’ in 2015 and since then has given a number of hits including ‘URI: The Surgical Strike’, ‘Sardar Udham’, ‘Raazi’, ‘Sanju’ and more. The actor will next be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s ‘Sam Bahadur.’ The film will hit theatres on December 1, whereas the teaser of the film will be unveiled on October 13.
On Thursday, Vicky Kaushal shared an update of the same on his Instagram account giving a sneak peek into his character in the film. In the film, Vicky Kaushal will be essaying the role of India’s first field marshal, Sam Manekshaw.
Vicky Kaushal shared a picture of himself wearing his uniform, standing in a lawn. Sharing the picture on Instagram, he wrote, “Zindagi unki, itihaas hamara (Their life, our history)”, reads the text on the picture. “To a life well lived! #Samबहादुर.” Soon fans were seen excited in the comment section, where one user wrote, “Sir, we are eagerly waiting for this movie please release faster,” another comment read, “Very impressive... looking forward to the film.”
The teaser of ‘Sam Bahadur’ will be unveiled at a grand event in Mumbai on October 13. According to a report in Pinkvilla, “Sam Bahadur is a film close to every stakeholder's heart and the team is committed to bringing it to the big screen on December 1, 2023. The teaser will introduce the audience to the world of this film, and also kick off the near 45-day promotional campaign.”
The film also features Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra in lead roles.
