Ahmedabad Traffic Advisory: Ahead of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup final, the Ahmedabad Traffic Police on Saturday issued a traffic advisory. The highly-anticipated match between India and New Zealand will be held on Sunday, March 8, at the Narendra Modi Stadium. A large number of spectators and VIPs are expected to attend the match.

To ensure smooth traffic flow, authorities have announced traffic diversions around the stadium. The Ahmedabad Traffic Police have urged commuters to plan their journeys via alternate routes and extend cooperation to traffic personnel.

Ricky Martin To Perform At Closing Ceremony Of T20 World Cup

The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Friday announced that singer Ricky Martin will perform at the closing ceremony of the T20 World Cup. The performance is scheduled to begin at 5:30 pm at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Motera.

Ahmedabad Traffic Advisory: Check Timings And Restrictions

- According to the traffic advisory, restrictions will be in place from 10 AM on March 8 until midnight, with an extended period until 2 AM on March 9 in the surrounding areas of the Narendra Modi Stadium.

- Restrictions will be implemented on key routes, including the stretch from Janpath T-Junction to the main gate of the stadium and from Krupa Residency T-Junction to Motera Gam T-Junction. These routes will remain closed for general vehicular traffic.

Check Alternate Routes

- Commuters coming from the Tapovan side can use the route via Tapovan Circle - ONGC Crossroads - Visat T-Junction - Janpath T-Junction - Powerhouse Crossroads - Prabodh Raval Circle.

- Commuters heading towards Krupa Residency T-Junction have been advised to divert via Sharan Status Crossroads and Bhat-Koteshwar Road towards Apollo Circle.
