Gujarat Road Accident: Four people died on Saturday after a speeding Ertiga car collided with a parked truck on a four-track highway near Majevadi village in Gujarat's Junagarh. Four individuals suffered injuries in the accident. Miraculously, a young child who was also travelling in the vehicle escaped the horrific crash unhurt.

A family from Banaskantha was heading to Somnath in an Ertiga car to immerse the ashes of a deceased relative as part of a post-death ritual. However, as their vehicle neared Majevadi village, it encountered a truck parked directly on the highway.

Police claim that the driver of the vehicle lost control, slamming the car into the rear of the truck. The accident was so severe that the front section of the car was completely crushed.
