Jammu-Kashmir: Three inmates, including two Pakistani nationals, escaped from the Juvenile Observation Home in Jammu and Kashmir's RS Pura on Monday evening, after allegedly attacking police personnel on duty.
According to Jagran.com, information was received around 5:15 PM that the three inmates allegedly attacked the guards deployed at the facility and escaped from the facility in Jammu’s RS Pura. Following the incident, security agencies launched a search operation to trace the juveniles.

Three Inmates Escape Juvenile Home In RS Pura After Attacking Police
Three inmates, including two Pakistani nationals, allegedly assaulted the policemen before fleeing the facility. The incident occurred around 5:15 PM at the Juvenile Observation Home in Jammu and Kashmir's RS Pura. During the incident, SPO Vinay Kumar and Head Constable Parveen Kumar sustained injuries and were shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Police have identified the escaped inmates as Ahsan Anwar and Mohammad Sanaullah (both residents of Pakistan's Punjab province) and Karanjit Singh alias Gugga, a resident of Jammu.
"The three inmates -- Karajeet Singh alias Gugga, a resident of Dablehar in R S Pura, and Pakistani nationals Mohammad Suna-ullah and Ahsan Anwar -- allegedly assaulted the policemen before fleeing the facility," news agency PTI quoted police as saying.
According to intelligence sources, two Pakistani boys had inadvertently crossed into India and were not linked to militancy. The incident has triggered heightened security across the region and adjoining areas, with a focus on routes leading towards the International Border. RS Pura, situated near the International Border, is considered a sensitive area due to infiltration concerns.
Police have launched a search operation to trace the juveniles. Further investigation is underway.
