Amid the ongoing protest at Ranchi's Jaipal Singh Munda Stadium over alleged irregularities in the JPSC and JSSC recruitment examinations, the agitating students have announced the delegation that will hold talks with the Jharkhand government.
The delegation comprises eight student representatives, two journalists and one lawyer. However, the protesters have clarified that only the student representatives will present their demands and place the facts before the government during the meeting.

Guidelines Issued For Meeting
In a statement, the protesters said the journalists and the lawyer would come with the delegation only as observer guides and student leaders only would be raising issues, putting demands and also answering questions during talks.
The statement said that the three would neither issue statements nor express views at the meeting.
The protestors had also asked the media personnel not to bring microphones, cameras, audio recorders or any other recording device to the meeting place. The statement also said that the discussion would be held peacefully and in an orderly manner under the leadership of the student representatives.
All eyes On The talks
The delegation has been announced after 13 days of continuous protests at Jaipal Singh Munda Stadium, where students have been demanding action over alleged irregularities in recruitment examinations.
With the list now made public, attention has shifted to the proposed talks between the government and the protesters. The students have maintained that they are willing to hold discussions but are seeking a concrete, written resolution to their demands.

Key Demands
The protesters have sought a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into alleged irregularities in recruitment examinations conducted by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) and the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC).
Apart from this, the students have also demanded cancellation of the 14th JPSC Combined Civil Services Preliminary Examination. The protesters have also demanded timely examinations and appointments, further stating that structural reforms must be done in the recruitment agencies to increase transparency.
