Indiramma Towers Allotment Status: Beneficiaries selected under Telangana's Indiramma Towers housing scheme in Raidurg will begin receiving their allotment letters on Monday, with the Housing Board sending the documents directly to their registered mobile numbers.
The letters will be delivered through SMS and WhatsApp and will also be available on the Telangana Housing Board's website. Details of the applications received and the lottery process used to select beneficiaries have also been uploaded online.
480 Flats To Come Up In Raidurg
The Housing Board is developing 480 flats on 2.85 acres of land behind Malkam Lake in Raidurg. Each flat will have a built-up area of 528 square feet.
Under the scheme, each beneficiary will contribute Rs 6 lakh, while the government will provide a subsidy of Rs 5 lakh. The government will also bear the entire cost of the land.
Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy is scheduled to lay the foundation stone for the tower in Raidurg on Monday. The Housing Board has asked beneficiaries from the Serilingampally constituency to reach the programme venue by 3.30 pm.
Land Value Puts Project Site In Focus
The value of the land being used for the housing project has also drawn attention following recent auctions in Raidurg Knowledge City.
In August 2026, two land parcels measuring 5.25 acres and 5.38 acres were auctioned by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) for Rs 1,386 crore and Rs 1,447 crore, respectively. The parcels fetched around Rs 264 crore and Rs 269 crore per acre.
At those indicative rates, the 2.85-acre site earmarked for the Indiramma Towers would be valued at roughly Rs 767 crore.
Minister Addresses Concerns Over Land Resurvey
Separately, Srinivasa Reddy on Sunday sought to allay concerns surrounding the ongoing land resurvey in Telangana, saying the exercise was not intended to take away people's land.
The minister specifically said that land belonging to Dalits would not be taken and maintained that the resurvey was aimed at establishing ownership rights and resolving existing disputes.
“The government will act legally and transparently,” TNIE quoted Reddy.

“The resurvey of lands will help in identifying the real beneficiaries and help in securing the rights of Dalits and Adivasis. Social justice, welfare of the poor and upliftment of the oppressed classes have always been central to our party. We took historical steps like land reforms and distributed land. It was the BRS that failed to keep its promise to distribute three acres of land to Dalits and cheated them. I appeal to everyone not to be misled by such people,” he said.
Srinivasa Reddy also credited the Congress with the distribution of 25 lakh acres and urged people not to be influenced by what he described as false propaganda surrounding the resurvey.
