Nearly 99.32 lakh voter names have been deleted from Karnataka's electoral rolls following a 115-day Special Intensive Revision (SIR), but eligible citizens who find their names missing can still apply for inclusion. The final list, published on Tuesday, October 27, records 4.55 crore electors, compared with 5.54 crore before the revision.

The Office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Karnataka, has advised voters to verify their names on the final list. Those who are eligible to vote but find their names missing can submit Form 6 to seek inclusion in the electoral roll.

The Election Commission has also directed officials to conduct a special enrolment drive to identify eligible voters left out during the revision and facilitate their registration.
